Kimberley grew up in London surrounded by art, antiquities and beautiful objects. Having spent her childhood attending auctions and art fairs and trying on rare antique jewellery, she developed an early appreciation for excellent craftsmanship and a keen eye for beauty that transcends time.

After attending the Graduate Gemologist Programme at the GIA in 2012, Kimberley began her career in the jewellery department at Sotheby’s Auction House. As Deputy Director of Client Development for the Luxury Division, she worked on the global strategy for all jewellery and watch auctions - focussed specifically in Europe and the Middle East; as well as also supporting the New York and Hong Kong sales. During her time at Sotheby’s Kimberley worked on the sales of some of the most rare and important jewels in auction history, including the CTF Pink Star diamond ($72million), The Jewels in the Bourbon Parma collection including an exquisite pearl pendant owned by Marie Antoinette ($36million), and the collection of the Duchess of Roxburghe.

After almost eight years at Sotheby’s spent working on the sales of (and of course trying on!) these incredible jewels, and working with a vast network of private and trade clients, Kimberley Fine Jewels was born; a jewellery consultancy focused on providing a high end service to not only the discerning collector but anyone with an interest in beautiful objects and a desire to purchase or sell their jewels.
